1. Overview

The Invictus Spiritwear Store is independently operated and is not directly managed by Invictus Nashville Charter School.

All purchases are made through this storefront and fulfilled by the store operator or trusted third-party production partners.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Production & Fulfillment

All products are made to order.

Items may be:

• Produced and fulfilled in-house, or

• Produced and shipped directly by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Because items are custom-produced at the time of order, processing and shipping times may vary. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout when available.

3. Pricing & School Support Contribution

The store contributes ten percent (10%) of net proceeds to Invictus Nashville Charter School to support school-related initiatives.

Net proceeds are calculated after deducting production costs, payment processing fees, shipping costs, and applicable taxes.

Spiritwear purchases are optional and are not required for students.

This storefront operates as an independent vendor supporting the school through this contribution.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. The store does not store or retain full payment card information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Accuracy

Please review all sizing, color, and design selections carefully before submitting your order.

Because most items are made to order, changes cannot be made once production has begun.

The store is not responsible for incorrect size or color selections made at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.

We will gladly replace or refund items if:

• The product arrives damaged

• There is a printing or production defect

• The incorrect item was sent

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Incorrect sizing selected at checkout

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor color variations due to screen differences

7. Shipping

Shipping timelines vary depending on whether items are produced in-house or fulfilled by a third-party partner.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of its control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding elements are used with permission. Products may not be reproduced, resold, or altered without written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this storefront.
